Elm Creek Dentistry Has Joined Perry Dental Health

As part of our continued commitment to providing patients with high-quality dental care, Elm Creek Dentistry joined together with Perry Dental Health on June 29, 2026.

This transition brings our teams together in a larger, more modern office located right down the street, allowing us to continue providing the same trusted care with even more resources, convenience, services, and support for our patients.

We want to reassure you that Elm Creek Dentistry has not closed. Instead, our two practices have come together under one shared name: Perry Dental Health. While the name and location have changed, our commitment to your care remains the same.

Familiar faces will also continue to be part of your care. Caryn, our amazing hygienist, and Janet, our wonderful dental assistant, are now at the new office and are helping ensure a smooth, comfortable transition for patients.

We understand that change can sometimes feel uncertain, and we want you to know that your comfort, trust, and continuity of care remain our top priorities. Your dental records have been securely transferred, and our teams have worked closely together to make this transition as seamless as possible.
